Blackboard Help
There is also help available within Blackboard. While logged into Blackboard click the “Help” button at the top of the screen for answers to common questions. If you can't find the answer, create a support request, which will be addressed during regular business hours. To submit a request, you must be logged into Blackboard.

Note: It’s a good idea to take online tests during Helpdesk hours in case you have problems with your computer or connection. Just make sure you identify yourself as an Extended Education & Outreach student.
